In addition to his consulting work, Don has served as Pharmacist-in-Charge and Compounding Director for multiple pharmacies across Texas and Arizona, gaining extensive experience in sterile and non-sterile compounding, medication customization, and regulatory compliance. He is certified in Sterile IV Therapy, MTM (Medication Therapy Management), and has a longstanding history of delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
